Our treatment is delivered in addition to any treatment you may receive from your GP or hospital consultant.

The entire course of treatment is delivered online. You can work through it from the comfort of your own home and at a time which suits you.

How can Reach help you?

  • Assessment You will begin by answering a few questions about you and your COPD. The results of your assessment will determine if this treatment could help you manage your symptoms better.

  • Review We'll review your assessment results and discuss them with you. If this treatment isn't suitable for you we'll provide advice and guidance about next steps.

  • Treatment You will complete six treatment sessions over 6 weeks. Each session will be personalised to your needs, and will be designed to help you take control of your symptoms and manage your COPD better.

  • Support You will be under the care of lung specialist, Dr Karen Heslop-Marshall, throughout your treatment. Karen and her team will monitor your progress, provide support and guidance and answer any queries you may have.

  • Results You will be able to monitor your progress throughout the course of treatment by logging into your online account. When your treatment is complete we will provide you with a report and a plan to move forward.
